Who are JE Engineering?

In 2010 JE Engineering celebrated thirty-five years of continuous trading. Originally established as a performance engine specialist concentrating on the development of the ex GM Rover V8 engine, JE developed the first ever 3.9 and 4.2 litre engines (selling the 4.2 litre engine technology to Land Rover in 1988). Inevitably, there has been a shift away from the venerable Rover V8 engine to encompass all the new engines being fitted by Jaguar-Land Rover. JE also devote research and development time to suspension, transmission and braking systems for Land Rovers, notably the Defender. Occupying purpose-built premises and including two dynamometer engine test cells, the Company has earned an enviable reputation for forward thinking and innovation. This is demonstrated by our certification for the highly sought-after ISO 9001:2008, the internationally recognised quality assurance award. Check out the JE Timeline and meet the Team!
