Defender Brake Upgrades

All Land-Rover vehicles are fitted as standard with excellent brakes fit for purpose. However, it is wise to upgrade the brakes of any vehicle to enhance stopping power, safety and hence driving pleasure. This is particularly true of vehicles with upgraded performance, and, indeed, essential with the ultimate enhancements JE offer.  JE Engineering Ltd design and develop the best Land-Rover brakes available.

Prices start at £495 for a basic upgrade for your earlier Defender by installing latest type vented discs. Various further upgrades are available (including grooved discs and EBC pads at £645) culminating in the JE "Zulu" kit as fitted to our 4.2 Supercharged 110 variant and an option on the JE-35 normally-aspirated.

"ZULU" Kit: AP Racing 6-pot calipers, mounting brackets, 350mm grooved discs, EBC GreenStuff linings (or Mintex competition to specific choice) These brakes give exceptional stopping power (require minimum 18" dia rims).        £2995.00 fitted
