However, may we draw your attention to a new JE initiative which Disco2 owners may find to be of interest?

The JE ‘Drive-in, Drive-out’ Replacement Engine Package

For just £4.550 + VAT you can drive (or tow!) your tired old Efi V8 Disco2 to JE and we will remove your old engine, completely rebuild it to original spec (and to JE standards) then refit the unit and set it up perfectly ready for you to collect and drive away with full JE warranty.  What could be more convenient?  We can, if required, upgrade your 4.0 litre engine to 4.6 litre for a small surcharge. The all-in price includes lubricants, filter, spark plugs and service consumables.  The price assumes that the major components are in serviceable and exchangeable condition and not the remnants of a grenaded engine!

(Upgrade 4.0 – 4.6l  £500 surcharge)

If you have got past the stage of getting your hands dirty and having your car immobilised for weeks while you hunt down all the bits you forgot were neccesary(!) why not let JE take all the hassle out of the job?  Drive, tow or push it in, drive it out with a warranted JE engine purring like new!  Can't be bad :-)
