Freelander Brake Upgrades

High performance brakes to improve stopping force and reduce fade. Tests show a 10% improvement in bite and a 33% higher capacity to disperse heat. Our conversion replaces the standard 262mm solid discs with more purposeful 285mm JE ventilated discs, together with special callipers designed to use the normal mounting points and accommodate the larger discs. They can be supplied at extra cost as grooved discs for extra bite and higher temperature performance.

N.B. (1) This brake conversion can only be fitted with wheels of 16" diameter or larger.

N.B. (2) Later models inc. all TD4 utilise ventilated discs as standard, but we also offer: grooved discs and competition pads to upgrade your later model Freelander.
