The V6 power of the muscular JE prepared quad-cam, 24-valve 2.7 litre JLR diesel ensures that the JE Saluki is the ULTIMATE diesel Defender. Twin variable vane turbos and JE tuned to 245 bhp and 570 Nm give supreme off-road capability with stump-pulling torque approaching TDV8 levels. The Saluki is also endowed with awesome on-road performance, taking full advantage of the rapid spin-up of the twin turbos and JE’s ‘trick’ charge cooler.
