Forced Induction
JE are presently working on the development of the 4.2 litre supercharged AJV8 engine using our renowned expertise in forced induction technology. As part of an ongoing intensive programme of electronic and mechanical modification we can presently offer:
Stage1

“BL05” is JE Engineering’s development Supercharged “Sport” The engine is modified to JE Stage1 specification with a package consisting of reprogrammed electronics, modified supercharger drive, air- flowed and matched inlet castings, itg air filter and JE stainless exhaust with free-flow catalysts. The tune endows the Sport with a tractable and significant 13% increase in power and torque. This extrapolates to 325 kW power and 622 Nm of torque (that’s 434bhp and 458 lbf.ft in old money.) While hardly earth-shattering, this “entry-level” JE performance upgrade gives an already high performance vehicle a significant improvement, most especially in its lively response, which has to be test driven to fully appreciate, so much so that the eulogies heaped on it by the specialist journals after road test sessions are almost embarrassing!
